Governance, Fundraising & Grant Writing courses

Inclusive governance practices

Description
Inclusive boardrooms bring together individuals with varied backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints, which enhances the richness of discussions and leads to more well-rounded and innovative decision-making.

Ensuring that all members, regardless of physical abilities or personal circumstances, can fully participate means the board's decisions are more likely to consider and address the needs and interests of the community or organisation it serves.

This course will look at inclusive practices at a board level and what boards can do to enable and improve inclusivity.

This course will take approx. 1 hour to complete.
